Neverness to Everness brings supernatural action and character progression into Hethereau, a modern open-world city shaped by anomalies and urban mysteries. It offers a different setting from the traditional fantasy worlds used by many character-based RPGs.

For PC players, the appeal comes from exploring the city, following its expanding story, building a roster, and using new-player rewards to create early momentum. Version 1.3 has also added another destination, more story content, and further activities.

If that combination sounds appealing, you can play NTE on PC and begin your journey through Hethereau.

Start strong with new-player rewards

NTE supports new players with rewards designed to help an account begin progressing and forming its first team. Depending on the active version, region, platform, and eligibility conditions, these rewards can include pulls, characters, in-game currency, and login-event items.

The exact package can change, but early rewards can still help you:

  • Expand your initial roster sooner.
  • Try different characters and team combinations.
  • Progress with more resources available.
  • Identify the playstyles you want to develop.

Claim what is available to your account, test your early characters, and avoid spreading every resource immediately. You can start NTE on PC to see the current rewards and begin shaping your first roster.

Discover the supernatural city of Hethereau

Hethereau gives NTE its identity. As the first “unlicensed” Anomaly Hunter, you join the Eibon antique shop and accept commissions connected to supernatural events across the city.

A normal-looking street can lead into an anomaly investigation, while a new commission can reveal another location, mystery, or character. The contrast between everyday urban life and supernatural danger helps the world stand apart from a conventional fantasy map.

New players can enter Hethereau on PC and discover how its exploration, story, and progression connect.

Build your team and progress from day one

NTE is designed around collecting characters and developing a roster over time. Your early rewards provide the starting point, but a focused approach makes progression easier:

  1. Follow the main story to learn the world and unlock more content.
  2. Claim the new-player and login rewards available to your account.
  3. Test your early characters before investing heavily.
  4. Build one dependable first team.
  5. Expand your roster when new activities give you a reason to experiment.

This creates a clear rhythm: the story introduces new challenges, your account gains more options, and your team becomes better prepared for what Hethereau reveals next. If that progression appeals to you, start building your NTE team as you move through the story.

You do not need to master every system immediately. Concentrate on the story, learn how your first characters work together, and keep valuable resources until you understand which upgrades support your preferred team. That approach makes the opening hours easier to follow and gives each new reward a clearer purpose.

Version 1.3 gives new players more to explore

NTE Version 1.3 went live on August 19, 2026. It introduced the Duskmoor location, a new main-story episode, new character content, and additional activities.

For someone starting now, that means the adventure already extends beyond its original launch experience. A new account can begin with the introduction to Hethereau while knowing that newer destinations and story developments are waiting further along the progression path.

You can jump into the current version of NTE and experience both the original story and the content added in Version 1.3. Individual events and reward packages can rotate, so check the active in-game pages for current availability.
